Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Shopify apps provided by Seleto Apps ("Seleto", "we", "us"), including Seleto Bundles (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Apps help Shopify merchants create offers such as bundles, quantity discounts and combos, and view related analytics. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms. You are responsible for the configuration you create and for the offers you publish to your storefront.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Pricing and plan limits are shown in the App. Charges follow the billing cycle you select; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the App, and changes take effect per Shopify's billing rules. A free plan and/or trial may be offered.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Apps to violate any law or Shopify policy.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your offers and pricing are accurate and lawful.
5. Availability
We strive for high availability but the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seleto disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Seleto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Apps and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On uninstall, associated data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
